摘要
调水工程的目标是确保工程自身的安全、有效地利用水资源,以消除风险。其主要途径是通过水库本身的蓄水、泄水等措施来调节河流的流量分布,调节水位。简而言之,调水工程调度运行可以分为两类:一是水库调度,二是闸门调度。在水利工程的调度中,存在着一些风险。该文对此进行了简单的分析,为保证水利工程的安全生产提供了依据。
The goal of water transfer project is to ensure the safety and effective use of water resources of the project itself,so as to eliminate risks.The main way is to regulate the flow distribution and water level of the river through the measures of water storage and discharge of the reservoir itself.In short,the dispatching operation of water transfer projects can be divided into two categories:reservoir dispatching and gate dispatching.There are some risks in the dispatching of water conservancy projects.This paper makes a simple analysis,which provides a basis for ensuring the safe production of water conservancy projects.
