摘要 随着我国社会经济的不断发展,政府部门对人力资源档案管理的工作越来越重视,作为我国事业单位管理的重要环节,对于选拔事业单位人员具有至关重要的作用。为进一步推动国内人力资源档案管理实现可持续发展,我国政府部门相继颁布大量与档案管理相关的法律法规文件,促进人力资源档案管理进入正轨,让人力资源档案管理工作逐渐趋于成熟。但由于这些法律法规还未和人力资源档案工作进行完全融合,在实际运用过程中出现很多方面的问题,给有效运行这项工作带来严重影响。基于此,该文以人力资源档案概述为基础,从不同方面来分析事业单位人力资源档案管理工作现状,探究隐藏在事业单位日常人力资源管理中存在的问题,结合事业单位发展方向和目标,提出健全的人力资源档案管理优化措施,来提升事业单位人力资源档案管理效率,有利于实现事业单位可持续发展。 With the continuous development of China’s social economy, government departments pay more and more attention to the importance of human resources archives management. As an important link in the management of public institutions in China, it plays a vital role in the selection of personnel of public institutions. In order to further promote the sustainable development of domestic human resources archives management, Chinese government departments have successively promulgated a large number of laws and regulations related to archives management, so as to promote the human resources archives management on the right track and make the human resources archives management gradually mature. However, these laws and regulations have not been fully integrated with the human resources archives work, so there are many problems in the actual application process, which has a serious impact on the effective operation of this work. Based on this, based on the overview of human resources archives, this paper analyzes the current situation of human resources archives management in public institutions from different aspects, explores the problems hidden in the daily human resources management of public institutions, and puts forward sound optimization measures of human resources archives management in combination with the development direction and objectives of public institutions, so as to improve the efficiency of human resources archives management in public institutions, which is conducive to the sustainable development of public institutions.
