摘要
应用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)测定汽车内饰材料中11种有机锡化合物。试样经胃酸模拟液迁移后,迁移溶液经四乙基硼酸钠衍生,采用GC-MS法进行测试。结果表明:11种有机锡化合物在0.800 mg/L以内均成线性,相关系数均大于0.995,方法检出限在0.005~0.010 mg/kg范围内,回收率均在89.0%~107.0%范围内,该方法适用于汽车内饰材料中有机锡化合物含量的测定。
11 organotin compounds in automotive interior materials were determined by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Samples were extracted with simulated gastric acid,the extract solution was derived with sodium tetraethyl borate and tested by GC-MS.The results show that the 11 organotin compounds has good linear correlation within 0.800 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.995.The limits of quantification(LOQ)range from 0.005 to 0.010 mg/kg.The recoveries range from 89.0% to 107.0%.The method is applicable to the determination of organotin compounds in automotive interior materials.
