摘要
与传统钢材相比,高强钢具有塑韧性优异和强度高等特点。中厚板高强钢因具有优异的性能在各领域应用广泛,而传统中厚板高强钢的焊接方式已难以满足各行业发展需求,激光-电弧复合焊接作为一种高效的焊接方法,近年来在中厚板高强钢焊接中引起了极大关注。然而,由于激光-电弧复合焊接众多工艺参数的交互作用,导致调控难度大,严重制约了中厚板高强钢焊接接头的服役性能。针对坡口设计的不同形式,综述激光-电弧复合焊接方法在中厚板高强钢焊接领域的研究现状,并对中厚板高强钢激光-电弧复合焊接应用发展进行展望。
Compared with traditional steel,highstrength steel has the characteristics of excellent ductility and toughness and high strength.High-strength plate steel has been widely used in various fields because of its excellent properties,while the traditional welding method for high-strength plate steel has been difficult to meet the development needs of various industries.As an efficient welding method,laser-arc hybrid welding has attracted great attention in the welding of high-strength plate steel in recent years.However,the interaction of numerous process parameters of laser-arc hybrid welding results in the difficulty of regulation and control,which seriously restricts the service performance of the welded joints of highstrength plate steel.For the different forms of groove design,the research status of laser-arc hybrid welding in the field of highstrength plate steel welding is summarized,and the application and development of laser-arc hybrid welding for high-strength plate steel are prospected.
