摘要
针对矿井多绳摩擦式提升机天轮装置对轴瓦进行定期巡检及注油润滑时存在人工高空作业危险性大,劳动强度大及耗时长等问题,设计一种无人智能维护系统(无人机)。该系统可实现对天轮装置的智能巡检,配套有松紧螺丝、清扫、喷漆和吹尘等智能维护功能;同时通过配套天轮智能注油装置,可以解决现有技术中人工注油方法危险程度高、难度大、费时费力的问题。介绍该系统的主要结构组成及功能。相关技术亦可应用在建筑用塔式起重机等其他大型设备的高空无人作业领域。
In view of the problems existing in regular inspection and oiling lubrication of the axle bush of the head sheave of multi-rope mine friction hoists,such as high risk of manual aerial work,high labor intensity and long time consumption,an unmanned intelligent maintenance system(unmanned aerial vehicle) is designed.The system can realize the intelligent inspection of the head sheave,with intelligent maintenance functions such as loosening and tightening screws,cleaning,spraying paint and blowing dust.At the same time,with the intelligent oiling device for the head sheave,it can solve the problems of high risk,high difficulty,time consumption and labor intensity of manual oiling method in the prior art.The main structure and functions of the system are introduced.The related technology can also be applied in the field of unmanned aerial operation of other large equipment such as tower cranes for construction.
