摘要
以翅荚决明(Cassia alata Linn.)为原料,分别添加1%、2%、3%和4%玉米粉和糖蜜进行青贮调制,青贮时间为30 d,测定发酵参数和营养成分,旨在探究添加不同水平的玉米粉和糖蜜对翅荚决明青贮品质的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加玉米粉和糖蜜后,翅荚决明青贮的pH值、氨态氮、中性洗涤纤维及酸性洗涤纤维含量均显著降低,可溶性碳水化合物含量显著增加;添加玉米粉后,干物质含量显著增加;添加糖蜜后,乳酸和粗蛋白含量显著增加。综上所述,添加玉米粉和糖蜜均可改善翅荚决明发酵品质,但添加糖蜜青贮效果优于添加玉米粉,糖蜜最适添加量为4%。
This study aimed to investigate the effects of corn flour and molasses on the fermentation quality and nutrient contents of Cassia alata silage by adding 1%,2%,3%,and 4%corn flour or molasses for 30 days.The fermentation quality and nutritional composition of C.alata silage were measured.The results showed that compared with the control group,the pH value,contents of ammonia nitrogen,neutral detergent fiber,and acid detergent fiber of the corn flour and molasses groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),while the content of water soluble carbohydrate was significantly increased(P<0.05).After adding corn flour,dry matter content was significantly increased(P<0.05).The contents of lactic acid and crude protein of the molasses group were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,the addition of corn flour and molasses can improve the fermentation quality of C.alata,whereas adding molasses was superior with optimum level of 4%.
