摘要
                
                    了解马棘种子在干旱条件下萌发情况及耐旱性,可为生态修复提供一定的理论参考。试验利用不同质量浓度PEG-6000溶液(5%、10%、15%、20%、25%)模拟干旱胁迫,对马棘种子的萌发特性及抗旱生理指标进行了研究。结果表明:①马棘种子随着PEG-6000质量浓度的不断增加,发芽进程减缓,其发芽率、发芽势与活力指数均呈先升后降趋势,而其发芽指数、萌发胁迫指数及萌发抗旱指数均随PEG胁迫的加剧不断下降。②随PEG-6000质量浓度的不断增加及胁迫时间的延长,马棘种子的POD活性、CAT活性与MDA含量均先升后降,分别在PEG-6000质量浓度为10%、15%、15%时达最大值。在PEG-6000质量浓度为0(CK)、5%、10%、15%时,马棘种子MDA含量随干旱胁迫时间的延长不断增加,而PEG-6000质量浓度为20%与25%时,其MDA含量先升后降,且在第9天达到峰值。轻度干旱(5%PEG-6000质量浓度)可促进种子萌发;中度干旱(10%PEG-6000质量浓度,15%PEG-6000质量浓度)条件下种子萌发虽受抑制但发芽率仍能达到60%以上,表现出了较强的耐旱性能;重度干旱(20%PEG-6000质量浓度,25%PEG-6000质量浓度)条件下种子萌发受到严重抑制,生理代谢受损较为严重。
                
                The germination characteristics and drought-resistant physiological indexes of Indigofera bungeana Walpers seeds were studied under drought stress,so as to provide theoretical reference for ecological remediation.The different concentrations of PEG-6000 solution(5%、10%、15%、20%、25%)were used to simulate drought stress.The results showed that:①With the increase of PEG-6000 concentration,the germination process of I.pseudotinctoria seeds was delayed.The germination rate,germination energy and vigor index increased first and then decreased,while germination index,germination stress index,germination drought resistance index had a decreasing trend.②With the increasing concentration of PEG-6000 and the prolonging of PEG stress time,the POD activity,CAT activity and MDA content increased at first and then decreased,and these reached the maximum when the concentration of PEG-6000 was 10%,15%and 15%,respectively.With the extension of PEG stress time,the MDA content increased under the PEG-6000 concentration of 0(CK),5%,10%and 15%.However,the content of MDA increased at first and then decreased under the PEG-6000 concentration of 20%and 25%,both of then reached the peak on the 9th day.We found that the germination of I.pseudotinctoria seeds was slightly promoted under mild drought treatment(5%).The germination rate was higher than 60%under moderate drought treatment(10%,15%),which indicated that I.pseudotinctoria%seeds had a strong drought tolerance,the germination of I.pseudotinctoria seeds and physiological metabolism were severely inhibited under severe drought treatment(20%,25%).
