摘要
目的:分析循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)联合血清肿瘤标志物(STM)检测对结直肠癌术后复发或转移的预测价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2021年12月兴宁市人民医院收治的结直肠癌患者98例为观察对象,根据术后随访观察是否发生复发或转移分组,其中发生复发或转移的37例归为研究组,未复发或转移的61例归为对照组。比较两组患者CTC和STM[血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)]水平、CTC和STM检测的检出率及联合检测检出率。结果:研究组CTC、VEGF、CEA、CA125水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组CTC和STM检出率高于对照组,联合检测检出率高于单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对结直肠癌术后的患者开展CTC联合STM检测,可以较为准确地预测结直肠癌是否发生了复发或转移。
Objective:To analyze the predictive value of circulating tumor cells(CTC)combined with serum tumor marker(STM)assay on recurrence or metastasis after colorectal cancer surgery.Methods:Ninety-eight patients of colorectal cancer admitted to Xingning People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as observation subjects.The patients were grouped according to whether recurrence or metastasis occurred during postoperative follow-up observations.Among them,thirtyseven cases with recurrence or metastasis were classified as the study group,and sixty-one cases without recurrence or metastasis were classified as the control group.The levels of CTC and STM[vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)],the detection rate of CTC and STM detection,and the detection rate of combined detection were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of CTC,VEGF,CEA and CA125 in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of CTC and STM in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the detection rates of the combined detection were higher than those of the single detection,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:CTC combined with STM detection can more accurately predict whether colorectal cancer recurrence or metastasis has occurred in patients after colorectal cancer surgery.
