摘要
目的 观察慢性支气管炎患者开展健康教育的临床应用价值,为慢性支气管炎患者的临床护理提供参考方案。方法 选取2019年6月—2021年6月高唐县人民医院收治的慢性支气管炎患者100例为研究对象,采取奇偶法将患者分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予基础护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予健康教育干预。比较两组并发症发生率、临床用药依从率、运动依从率及护理满意率。结果 观察组并发症发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的14.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药和运动依从率为98.00%和96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%和64.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意率为98.00%,高于对照组的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.891 3,P=0.026 9)。结论 对慢性支气管炎患者开展健康教育的临床应用价值较高,明显提升了患者的临床依从性,减少了并发症的发生,提高了患者的护理满意率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical application value of health education for patients with chronic bronchitis,and provide a reference plan for clinical nursing of patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic bronchitis admitted to Gaotang County People’s Hospital from June2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group with 50 patients in each group by odd even method. The control group was given basic nursing intervention,while the observation group was given health education intervention on the basis of the control group. The incidence of complications,compliance rate of clinical medication,compliance rate of exercise and satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 14.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The compliance rates of medication and exercise in the observation group were 98.00% and 96.00%,which were higher than 80.00% and64.00% in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 86.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=4.891 3,P =0.026 9). Conclusion The clinical application value of health education for patients with chronic bronchitis was high,which significantly improved the clinical compliance of patients,reduced the occurrence of complications,and improved the satisfaction rate of patients with nursing care. It was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
