摘要
目的 观察脑卒中便秘患者行耳穴埋豆联合按摩的治疗效果,以提高临床护理能力。方法 选取天津市中医药研究院附属医院2020年3月—2022年3月收治的70例脑卒中便秘患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组结合耳穴埋豆及按摩护理干预,比较两组患者的干预效果、相关指标及症状积分。结果观察组干预优良率为97.1%,高于对照组的82.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组首次排便时间分别为(6.8±2.0)h、排便间隔时间为(20.2±3.0)h及单次排便耗时为(6.3±1.2)min,对照组分别为(15.8±3.6)h、(32.0±4.1)h、(10.0±1.5)min,观察组均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者便秘、腹痛、腹胀积分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者症状积分均较干预前改善,且观察组改善程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将耳穴埋豆联合按摩护理应用在脑卒中便秘患者的治疗中,对减轻便秘、腹痛、腹胀等症状的效果明显,可有效改善排便相关指标,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of ear point burying beans combined with massage on constipation after stroke,to improve the clinical nursing ability. Methods A total of 70 patients with stroke and constipation admitted to Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected,and randomly divided them into observation group and a control group,with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with ear point burying bean and massage nursing intervention. The effect of intervention relevant indicators and symptom scores of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of intervention in the observation group was 97.1%,which was higher than82.9% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The first defecation time in the observation group was(6.8 ±2.0)h,the defecation interval time was(20.2 ±3.0)h and the single defecation time was(6.3±1.2)min,and those of the control group were(15.8±3.6)h,(32.0±4.1)h,(10.0±1.5)min,respectively,the observation group was shorter than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in the scores of constipation,abdominal pain and abdominal distension between the two groups before the intervention(P >0. 05). After the intervention,the symptom scores of the two groups were improved compared with before the intervention,and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of ear point burying beans combined with massage nursing in the treatment of constipation after stroke had a significant effect on alleviating symptoms such as constipation,abdominal pain and abdominal distension,and could effectively improve defecation related indicators,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
