摘要
针对某些DC/DC变换器中脉宽调制电路在输出短路时,输入端电流大不易调试的问题,利用555集成电路的充、放电时自身特性,结合脉宽调制器实现了DC/DC变换器短路时较小的输出短路功耗。介绍了基于555集成电路的DC/DC变换器输出短路保护电路的设计机理,并通过实验验证此短路保护电路的功耗从10 W降低至1 W以下,同时也给出了使用注意事项。
For certain DC/DC converter midrib width modulation circuit in the output short circuit,the input current is big not easy to debug,using 555 integrated circuit of charging and discharging their own characteristics,combined with the pulse width modulator to achieve the DC/DC converter are shorted smaller output short circuit power consumption.This paper introduces the mechanism of based on the 555 integrated circuit of the DC/DC converter output short circuit protection circuit,and through the experiment to make short circuit from 10 W power consumption reduced to less than 1 W,also use matters needing attention are given.
