摘要 以酚醛树脂为基体,采用短切玻璃纤维对基体材料进行改性,制备出纤维含量0、3%、6%和9%的纤维增强建筑复合保温发泡材料。借助检测设备仪器对复合保温发泡材料进行测试与分析。测试结果为:6%纤维含量的复合保温发泡材料的导热系数最低,为0.033 W/(m·K),且复合保温发泡材料中的气孔数量较少,尺寸达到最小,在300μm左右;尽管易脆性没有比9%纤维含量时更低,但综合来看,6%纤维含量的纤维增强建筑复合保温发泡材料的综合性能和性价比最佳。 Using phenolic resin as matrix and short cut glass fiber as matrix material, 0, 3%, 6% and 9% fiber reinforced building composite insulation foam material was prepared. The composite insulation foam material was tested and analyzed by means of testing equipment and instruments. The test results showed that the thermal conductivity of composite insulation foam material with 6% fiber content was the lowest, which was 0.033 W/(m·K), and the number of pores in composite insulation foam material was less, the size reached the minimum, about 300 μm;although the brittle rate is not lower than 9% fiber content, but in general, 6% fiber content fiber reinforced building composite insulation foam material comprehensive performance and costeffective.
