摘要
目的观察黄芪注射液穴位注射联合补肺益肾方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期(COPD)患者免疫水平及炎性因子的影响。方法将我院收治的140例COPD稳定期患者随机分为观察组与对照组各70例。剔除脱落病例后观察组68例,对照组67例。对照组采用氨茶碱、沙美特罗替卡松等西医常规疗法治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上采用黄芪注射液穴位注射联合补肺益肾方治疗。比较两组临床疗效,观察分析治疗前后两组肺功能1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、免疫球蛋白A、M、G(IgA、IgM、IgG)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、炎性因子高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组FEV1、FVC、IgA、IgM、IgG、CD4^(+)水平均显著高于治疗前,且观察组FEV1、FVC、IgA、IgM、IgG、CD4^(+)水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组CD8^(+)、PCT、hs-CRP水平显著低于治疗前,且观察组CD8^(+)、PCT、hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪注射液穴位注射联合补肺益肾方显著增强COPD患者肺功能,提高体液和细胞免疫水平,降低炎性反应,疗效满意。
Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint injection of Astragalus Injection combined with Bufei Yishen Prescription on immune level and inflammatory factors in patients with COPD.Methods A total of 140 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease stable(COPD)were randomly divided into observation group and control group,70 cases in each group.Sixty-eight cases in observation group and 67 cases in control group were excluded after dropping out cases.Control group was treated with conventional western medicine such as aminophylline,salmeterol and ticasone;observation group was treated with Astragalus Injection combined with Bufei Yishen Prescription on the basis of control group.The curative effects of the two groups were compared,the pulmonary function of the two groups before and after treatment,forced expiratory volume in 1 s(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),immunoglobulin A,M,G(IgA,IgM,IgG),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),inflammatory factor highsensitivity C reaction Protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)levels of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the levels of FEV1,FVC,Ig A,Ig M,Ig G and CD4^(+)were significantly higher in both groups than those before treatment,and were significantly higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the levels of CD8^(+),PCT and hs-CRP were significantly lower in both groups than those before treatment,and were significantly lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection of Astragalus Injection combined with Bufei Yishen Prescription can significantly enhance lung function,improve humoral and cellular immune levels,and reduce inflammatory response in patients with COPD with satisfactory curative effect.
