摘要
采用浸渍法制备ZrCl_(4)改性γ-Al_(2)O_(3)吸附剂,探究了吸附剂用量、初始F-浓度、吸附时间以及溶液pH值对吸附量的影响。结果表明,ZrCl_(4)改性浓度为2(wt)%,吸附剂ZrCl_(4)-Al_(2)O_(3)投加量为4g·L^(-1),溶液初始pH值为4,吸附温度为25℃,吸附时间为24h时,吸附效果最好,吸附量为17.08mg·g^(-1),相较于未改性γ-Al_(2)O_(3)提高了149.4%。吸附过程符合Freundlich吸附等温方程和准二级动力学模型,是一种优势放热吸附过程。
Zirconium chloride modifiedγ-Al_(2)O_(3)adsorbent was prepared by impregnation method,and the effects of adsorbent dosage,initial fluorine concentration,adsorption time and solution pH value on adsorption capacity were investigated.The results show that when the modification concentration of ZrCl_(4)was 2(wt)%,the dosage of adsorbent ZrCl_(4)-Al_(2)O_(3)was 4g·L^(-1),the initial pH of the solution was 4,the adsorption temperature was 25℃,and the adsorption time was 24h,the adsorption capacity was 17.08mg·g^(-1),which was 149.4%higher than that of unmodifiedγ-Al_(2)O_(3).The adsorption process fits the Freundlich adsorption isotherm equation and pseudo-second-order kinetic model,which is an advantageous exothermic adsorption process.
