摘要
603年日本圣德太子制定“冠位十二阶”改变了当时日本的选官制度,起到了抑制氏姓贵族势力的作用,也使日本朝着律令制国家迈出重要一步。不可否认,这一制度中包含有中国的儒家思想,但就其本身而言,“冠位十二阶”和高句丽的中央官位等级制度有着密切的联系。后者影响了“冠位十二阶”的结构设定,对其命名方式也产生了影响。这样的影响与当时的国际关系以及高句丽僧人有一定关系。
Prince Shotoku changed Japanese official selection system by establishing“The twelve level cap and rank system”in 603AD.The implementation of the decree primarily suppressed the power of people with aristocratic family name and promoted Japan towards a country with the ritsuryo system.Although the influence of Chinese Confucious thoughts can be found in the system,there is a close relationship between the twelve level cap and rank system and the central official rank system in Koguryo.The rank system in Koguryo had an impact on the structure and name of“the twelve level cap and rank system”,and the impact has its root from international relations and Koguryoic buddists at that time.
