摘要
东北网红文化是一种辨识度充分外显的网络文化,本质上是一种文化拓扑空间。东北地区共域的历时性与共时的异域性为东北网红文化的形成提供了时空架构。东北网红文化扎根东北文化,继承了东北文艺的文化传统,形成鲜明的“草根性”特质,进而在城市衰退历程中塑造了粗糙、叛逆、非主流、意识形态“拼贴”的精神世界,在互联网时代呈现出浓郁的后现代工业风与蒙太奇融合交织“复现”的艺术特色。东北网红文化亦存在因伦理空间底线下沉而诱导的个体效用与社会总体效用不一致的悖论。东北振兴议程与工业经济复兴议程长期扭结,模糊了东北网红文化未来发展的前路。人民城市构想为网红文化锚定“人民性”进而实现“雅”化提升,提供了宏观框架。启动城市文化复兴议程、重构城市网络文化生态、培育城市网红新业态是促进东北网红文化未来健康发展的三条具体路径。
The culture of the northeast internet celebrities is the vivid cyberculture with high recognition. It is essentially a topological space of culture. The diachronic sympatry and synchronic allopatry in northeast China in the cultural sense provide space-time framework for the formation of culture of the northeast internet celebrities.The culture of the northeast Internet celebrities rooted in northeast culture and inherited the cultural tradition of northeast literature and art, has formed a vivid characteristic of the "grass roots" shaping a rebellious and non-mainstreams spiritual world with roughened and ideological "collage" texture that presents strong post-modernism industrial-style and artistic characteristics of montage with dual-emergence of integration and interweaving of the above in period of internet era. The culture of the northeast internet celebrities formed the paradox that individual utility is inconsistent with the overall utility of society caused by the retreat of bottom line of ethical space of its’ own.The long-term entanglement between the northeast revitalization agenda and the industrial and economic revitalization agenda has blurred the development path of the culture of northeast Internet celebrities. The concept of “people’s city” provides a macro framework for culture of northeast internet celebrities to solidify populism and promote its’ elegant connotation. Starting renaissance agenda of urban cultures, reconstructing cultural ecology of cyberspace of cities and creating new forms of business of internet celebrities are three specific ways to promote healthy development of culture of the northeast internet celebrities.
