摘要 以樟子松和欧洲赤松为基材,探究不同涂饰工艺和底漆漆水配比对水性漆漆膜性能的影响。结果表明:基材与水性漆结合良好,漆膜厚度范围为65.91~75.98μm,硬度等级最高为H,最低为B,附着力为0级,光泽度有明显提升。影响漆膜性能因素的顺序为:涂饰工艺>基材>底漆漆水配比,在厚度、硬度、光泽度、耐冲击度及抗回粘性上表现得更为明显。涂饰水性漆后明度显著下降,红绿和黄蓝色指数无明显变化,基材对漆膜色度值的影响更大,400 r之前各因素对漆膜的耐磨性影响较小,400r时工艺Ⅱ漆膜质量损失更严重,经水性漆涂饰后木制品表面平衡接触角增加,润湿性降低。研究结论为水性漆在松木制品、家具以及装饰等领域的更好应用提供了依据。 On the basis of Pinus sylvestris Linn.var.mongolica Litv.and Pinus sylvestris Linn,this paper explored the influence of different coating techniques and the ratio of primer paint water on the properties of water-borne paint film.The results showed that the substrate was well combined with the water-based paint,and the paint film thickness range was 65.91~75.98μm,the maximum hardness grade was H,the minimum was B,attachment force level was 0,the gloss improved significantly.The order of the factors that affecting the performance of the paint film was coating process>base material>primer paint water ratio.It was more obvious in the thickness,hardness,gloss,impact resistance,and viscosity resistance performance.After applying the water-based paint,the brightness decreased significantly,and there was no significant change in the red-green and yellow-blue indices,the substrate had a greater impact on the color value of the paint film,the factors before 400 r showed little influence on the wear resistance of the paint film,at 400 r,the process paint film quality loss was more serious,balance contact angle of woodwork surface increases after water-borne paint coating,lower wetting properties.The results provided the basis for the better application of water-borne paint in pine products,furniture and decoration.
