摘要
用手动校直设备校直滚珠丝杠人工成本高,校直效率低。自动校直设备的研发需要校直理论的指导,目前针对丝杠校直行程的研究很少,为了获得滚珠丝杠校直行程的计算方法,分别基于金属弹塑性变形理论和材料载荷—挠度模型的方法,得到了滚珠丝杠压力校直过程中的校直行程计算模型。通过将两种计算方法得到的结果和有限元计算结果进行对比,证实了两种方法的可行性与可靠性。为了探究校直行程的影响参数,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对滚珠丝杠压力校直过程进行有限元分析,结果表明丝杠导程和滚道深度、校直支撑跨距、丝杠轴径以及材料弹性模量和屈服强度对校直行程计算有着重大的影响。
Straightening ball screws with manual straightening equipment is costly and inefficient.The research and development of automatic straightening equipment needs the guidance of straightening theory.At present, there is little research on straightening stroke of ball screw.In order to obtain the calculation method of straightening stroke of ball screw, the calculation model of straightening stroke during pressure straightening of ball screw is obtained based on metal elastic-plastic deformation theory and material load-deflection model respectively.The feasibility and reliability of the two methods are verified by comparing the results of the two methods with those of the finite element method.In order to explore the influence parameters of the straightening stroke, the finite element analysis of the ball screw pressure straightening process is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software.The results show that the lead and raceway depth of the ball screw, the straightening support span, the shaft diameter of the ball screw, as well as the material elastic modulus and yield strength have a significant impact on the calculation of the straightening stroke.
