氟/硅改性聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液的合成与性能 被引量:2

Synthesis of fluorine/silicon modified polyacrylate soap-free emulsion and its performance

摘要 以乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(A-171)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFMA)、过硫酸钾(KPS)、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵(DNS-458)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主要原料,制备了氟/硅改性聚丙烯酸酯无皂乳液。探究了无皂乳液的最佳合成工艺,并将其用于亚麻织物的整理。采用FT-IR、TG、XPS和SEM等对乳胶膜和经无皂乳液整理的亚麻织物进行表征与分析,并采用纳米粒度仪考察了无皂乳液粒径的大小。结果显示:当DNS-458质量分数为2.5%、KPS质量分数为0.7%、DFMA质量分数为12%、A-171质量分数为2%时,无皂乳液的合成效果最好;无皂乳液的平均粒径为104 nm时,其胶膜具有良好的热稳定性,对水接触角为128.45°。无皂乳液和亚麻纤维之间结合紧密,氟硅链段富集在整理后亚麻织物的表面,降低了织物的表面能,提高了疏水性。 Fluorine and Silicon modified polyacrylate soap-free emulsion is prepared by vinyl trimethoxysilane(A-171),methyl methacrylate(MMA),dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate(DFMA),potassium persulfate(KPS),nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether ammonium sulfate(DNS-458)and butyl acrylate(BA)as the main raw materials.The optimum synthesis technology of emulsion is studied and the emulsion is used to finish linen fabric.The latex film and the linen fabric treated by soap-free emulsion are characterized and analyzed by FT-IR,TG,XPS and SEM,and the particle size of soap-free emulsion is investigated by nano particle size analyzer.The results show that when the dosage of DNS-458 is 2.5wt%,the dosage of KPS is 0.7wt%,the dosage of DFMA is 12wt%,and the dosage of A-171 is 2wt%,the synthesis effect of soap-free emulsion is the best.The average particle size of soap-free emulsion is 104 nm,and the film has good thermal stability.The contact angle to water is 128.45°.The bond between soap-free emulsion and linen fiber is close,and the fluoro-silicon chains are enriched on the surface of the finished linen fabric,which can reduce the surface energy of the fabric and improve its hydrophobicity.
