摘要
农村医疗服务保障工作是我国卫生工作的重点,承担着守护农民健康的重要职责,其发展直接关系到服务老龄化的推进,关系到健康中国战略和乡村振兴战略的成效。近年来,吉林省针对农村老年人医疗服务多措并举,极大改善了农村老年人的生活质量。然而,部分农村受制于地理位置、人才流失等客观因素,农村老年人医疗服务水平仍然较为低下。本文通过对吉林省农村医疗服务现状的梳理,分析了吉林省在农村老年人医疗服务保障方面存在的问题并提出优化路径,希冀能为吉林省乡村实现全方位振兴有所裨益。
Rural medical service guarantee work is the focus o f C hina’s health work,and bears the important responsibility of guarding the health of the majority of rural residents,especially the elderly,and its development is directly related to the promotion of active aging,the effectiveness of the health China strategy,and also directly affects the process of China’s rural strategy.In recent years,China has taken many initiatives for medical services for the elderly in rural areas,which have improved the quality of life of the elderly in their later years.However,it is undeniable that the level of medical services in rural areas is significantly restricted by objective factors such as geographical location and brain drain.Taking Jilin Province as an example,through the macroscopic combing of the current situation of rural medical services in Jilin Province and microscopic case analysis,we clarify the problems in Jilin Province in terms of medical service guarantee for the rural elderly and propose the optimization path to help the countryside achieve all-round revitalization.
