摘要
介绍了石油化工工艺管道安装工程的特点,总结了石油化工工艺管道安装施工常见的质量问题,包括管道设计与交底、管道安装中的管段问题、管道材料管理问题、防腐处理以及阀门安装问题,并从材料、工艺、人员等层面提出石油化工工艺管道施工质量管控策略。
This paper introduces the characteristics of petrochemical process pipeline installation project,summarizes the common quality problems of petrochemical process pipeline installation and construction,including pipeline design and disclosure problems,pipeline section problems in pipeline installation,pipeline material management problems,anti-corrosion treatment problems and valve installation problems,and puts forward the quality control strategy of petrochemical process pipeline construction from material,process,personnel and other aspects.
