摘要
目的分析在高热惊厥患儿护理中应用循证护理的效果。方法选择2021年1月至2022年6月泰兴市人民医院收治的86例高热惊厥患儿,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43,常规护理)和研究组(n=43,循证护理)。比较两组患儿护理效果(指标包含体温复常时间、惊厥消退时间以及住院时间),观察统计患儿并发症发生情况,利用医院自拟的满意度问卷调查患儿家长对护理工作的满意度。结果研究组患儿体温复常时间、惊厥消退时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿家长对护理工作的总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在高热惊厥患儿护理中应用循证护理,有利于患儿体温复常、惊厥消失,缩短治疗时间,并降低并发症发生风险,从而提高患儿家长对护理工作的满意度,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of children with febrile convulsions.Methods A total of 86 children with febrile convulsions admitted to Taixing People’s Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(n=43,routine care)and the research group(n=43,evidence-based nursing)according to the random number table method.The nursing effect of the children in the two groups were compared(the indexes included the time to normalization of temperature,the time to resolution of convulsions and the length of hospital stay),the complications of the children were observed and counted,and the satisfaction of the parents of the children with the nursing care was investigated using the satisfaction questionnaire developed by the hospital.Results The time to temperature normalization,time to resolution of convulsions,and length of hospital stay in the research group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of parents with the nursing care in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of children with febrile convulsions is beneficial to the normalization of temperature and disappearance of convulsions,can shorten the treatment time,and reduce the risk of complications,so as to improve the satisfaction of parents wit h nursing work,which is worth promoting.
