带药缠绕复合壳体分解NOL环拉伸破坏性能研究

摘要 通过带药缠绕复合壳体直筒段分解NOL环的宏观拉伸力学性能测试和断裂微观形貌分析,研究了缠绕纤维层的拉伸破环性能。结合节点耦合及Hashin破坏准则,对NOL环进行拉伸破坏仿真分析,研究了分解NOL环的失效机制。结果表明:分解NOL环整体壁厚分布不均,导致最低拉伸破坏强度为1214 MPa,影响壳体整体品质,张力变化,传纱速度,缠绕角度变化过渡等,均对NOL环性能有影响;有限元分析方法计算可有效进行壳体性能预测。 In this paper,through the macroscopic tensile mechanical performance test and fracture microscopic analysis of a decomposed NOL ring of a composite shell wound with propellants,the tensile breaking performance of the wound fiber layer is studied.Combined with node coupling and Hashin failure criteria,the tensile failure simulation analysis of a NOL ring is carried out,and the failure mechanism of a NOL ring is studied.The results show that the uneven distribution of the overall wall thickness of the decomposed NOL ring leads to a minimum tensile failure strength of 1214 MPa,which affects the overall quality of the shell.The microscopic morphology analysis shows that all the process parameters,including tension change,yarn transfer speed,winding angle change and transition,etc.,have an impact on the performance of the NOL ring.The NOL damage accuracy calculated by the finite element analysis method is 6.8%,which can effectively predict the shell performance.The above research results can provide a theoretical reference for the subsequent design of the composite shell wound with propellants.
