摘要
新形势下,社会经济迅速发展,建筑技术不断提升,促进大量高层建筑拔地而起。这类建筑与传统建筑相比,不仅结构更加复杂,而且机电设备数量较多,虽然功能丰富,能够为人们生活提供便利,但各种类型的安全隐患也随之增加。尤其火灾隐患层出不穷,这也对高层建筑的消防系统提出更高要求。想要保证人民的生命财产安全,就要做好建筑消防监督工作,提高消防设备管理水平。基于此,文章将对高层建筑消防监督和设备管理的重要性展开研究,根据工作经验总结高层建筑火灾特点,并提出几点行之有效的建筑消防监督方法和设备管理措施,为提高人民生活质量和从根源上减少火灾事故发生率奠定基础。
Under the new situation, with the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of building technology, a large number of high-rise buildings have sprung up. Compared with traditional buildings, this type of building is not only more complex in structure, but also has a large number of electromechanical equipment. Although it has rich functions and can provide convenience for people’s life, various types of potential safety hazards also increase. In particular, fire hazards emerge in an endless stream, which also puts forward higher requirements for the fire protection system of high-rise buildings. To ensure the safety of people’s lives and property, it is necessary to do a good job in building fire supervision and improve the management level of fire equipment. Based on this, this paper will study the importance of high-rise building fire supervision and equipment management,summarize the characteristics of high-rise building fire according to the work experience, and put forward several effective building fire supervision methods and equipment management measures, in order to improve the quality of people’s life and reduce the incidence of fire accidents from the root of the foundation.
