摘要
美国白蛾[Hyphantria cunea(Drury)]是我国农、林业重要的检疫性有害生物。为明确氟啶脲和高效氯氟氰菊酯2种杀虫剂混配后对该虫的联合毒力作用,采用饲料混药法对美国白蛾幼虫进行了2种单剂和混剂的毒力测定。结果表明:高效氯氟氰菊酯比氟啶脲使美国白蛾产生的应激反应时间要短。取食高效氯氟氰菊酯后可产生虫体扭曲,口器吐出液体的症状,取食氟啶脲也会产生虫体扭曲的现象。2种药剂致死的美国白蛾幼虫都呈现出虫体皱缩发黑的状态,但高效氯氟氰菊酯皱缩程度更为明显;单剂对美国白蛾3龄幼虫毒力测定结果表明,氟啶脲和高效氯氟氰菊酯处理后96h对美国白蛾3龄幼虫的LC_(50)值分别为134.9767mg·L^(-1)和2.4975mg·L^(-1)。设置高效氯氟氰菊酯为标准药剂,相对毒力指数为100,则96h高效氯氟氰菊酯毒力约为氟啶脲的54倍;混剂对美国白蛾3龄幼虫毒力测定结果表明,施药后96h,7个配比的LC_(50)值为2.0701~26.7597mg·L^(-1),氟啶脲与高效氯氟氰菊酯配比是21∶3,21∶7,21∶10,21∶21时的LC_(50)值分别为26.7597,12.041,7.8888,3.765mg·L^(-1),药效活性介于2个单剂之间,3∶21,7∶21,10∶21时的LC_(50)值分别为2.0701,2.3111,2.4386mg·L^(-1),药效活性高于2个单剂。此外,氟啶脲与高效氯氟氰菊酯按体积比0.14∶1~1∶1混配时均具有明显增效作用,最佳配比为10∶21,对美国白蛾3龄幼虫处理后96h的共毒系数为149.86。可见,氟啶脲与高效氯氟氰菊酯按一定比例混配对美国白蛾的毒力具有明显的增效作用,使不同作用机理的杀虫剂优势互补,提高了杀虫效力,延长了药效发挥作用的时间,为研制美国白蛾杀虫剂的新剂型提供了参考。
The Hyphantria cunea(Drury)is an important quarantine pest of agriculture and forestry in China.In order to determine the co-toxicity effect of chlorfluazuron and lambda-cyhalothrin against the pest,the toxicity of two single doses and their mixtures on H.cunea were determined by the diet surface overlay bioassay.The results showed that lambda-cyhalothrin had a shorter stress response time to H.cunea than chlorfluazuron.After feeding lambda-cyhalothrin,the H.cunea could be twisted with liquid spitting out from the mouthparts,feeding chlorfluazuron also resulted to twist.The larvae of the H.cunea killed by the two agents showed a state of shrinkage and blackening,but the shrinkage of lambda-cyhalothrin was more obvious.The single dose toxicity test showed that the virulence of lambda-cyhalothrin to H.cunea was higher than that of chlorfluazuron.The LC_(50)values of lambda-cyhalothrin and chlorfluazuron were 2.4975mg·L^(-1)and 134.9767mg·L^(-1)at 96h,respectively.The toxicity of lambda-cyhalothrin was about 54 times of chlorfluazuron;The toxicity of the mixture to the third instar larvae of H.cunea was determined as follows:At 96 h after application,the LC_(50)values of the 7 ratios ranged from 2.0701 to 26.7597mg·L^(-1).The LC_(50)values were 26.7597mg·L^(-1),12.041mg·L^(-1),7.8888mg·L^(-1)and 3.765mg·L^(-1)when the ratio of chlorfluazuron to lambda-cyhalothrin was 21∶3,21∶7,21∶10 and 21∶21,respectively,which were between the two single agents.The LC_(50)values at 3∶21,7∶21 and 10∶21 were 2.0701mg·L^(-1),2.3111mg·L^(-1)and 2.4386mg·L^(-1),respectively,which were higher than those of the two single doses.In addition,when the volume ratio of chlorfluazuron and lambdacyhalothrin was between 0.14∶1 and 1∶1,the mixture had a significant synergistic effect.The best ratio was 10∶21,and the cotoxicity coefficient of the third instar larvae was 149.86 at 96h after treatment.The combination of chlorfluazuron and lambdacyhalothrin in a certain proportion has obvious synergistic effect on the control of H.cunea,which can provide a reference for the new insecticide formulation of H.cunea.
