摘要
目前,国内煤炭行业大量引用、借鉴的NOSA五星管理体系可以用来提升煤矿企业安全生产管理水平。孟村煤矿将NOSA五星管理体系与煤矿安全生产标准化管理体系相融合,在冲击地压防治管理中得以推广应用。通过将2种不同管理体系的理念、工作方法与流程融合,重新搭建管理“平台”,取长补短、择优而选、求同存异形成孟村煤矿独特的冲击地压防治管理模式,进而服务、应用于煤矿冲击地压防治管理中,取得较好的管控效果。有效地预防且控制煤矿冲击地压发生,保障采掘生产的正常运行,其管理经验和方法为煤矿冲击地压防治管理提供可借鉴的经验。
At present, the domestic coal industry has a lot of references to the NOSA five-star management system to improve the safety production management level of coal mining enterprises.Mengcun Coal Mine has integrated the NOSA five-star management system with the standardized management system of coal mine safety production, and has been popularized and applied in the prevention and control of rock burst.By integrating the concepts, working methods and processes of the two different management systems, the management “platform” is rebuilt, learning from each other’s strengths and weaknesses, selecting the best, seeking common ground while reserving differences to form the unique management model of rock burst prevention and control of Mengcun Coal Mine, and then serve and apply in the management of coal mine rock burst prevention and control, a good control effect has been achieved, effectively preventing and controlling the occurrence of coal mine rock burst, and at the same time ensuring the normal operation of mining production.This management experience and method provides reference experience for coal mine rock burst prevention and management.
