摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展和人们生活水平的不断提升,房地产企业在实现快速发展的同时,也面临着越来越大的竞争压力。房地产企业要想不断提升竞争力,就要从管理方面着手,不断提升综合实力。作为房地产企业经济管理的核心,财务管理的重要性不言而喻。在实际推进财务管理的过程中,房地产企业需借助合理的财务分析,及时发现企业现阶段财务管理中存在的问题并予以解决,以显著提升企业整体实力。文章分析了房地产企业财务管理存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了相关的解决措施,以期为相关人员提供参考,助力更多房地产企业实现可持续发展。
With the continuous development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,real estate enterprises are facing increasing competitive pressure while achieving rapid development.If real estate enterprises want to continuously improve their competitiveness,they should start from the management and constantly improve their comprehensive strength.As the core of economic management of real estate enterprises,financial management is important,which is self-evident.In the actual process of promoting financial management,real estate enterprises need to find and solve the problems existing in the financial management at this stage with the help of reasonable financial management of real estate enterprises,so as to significantly improve the overall strength of the enterprise.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial management of real estate enterprises,and on this basis,puts forward relevant solutions to provide reference for relevant personnel and help more real estate enterprises achieve sustainable development.
