摘要
针对高瓦斯、低透气性煤层瓦采困难问题,提出了水射流定向切槽与变频脉冲水压致裂增透技术相结合,对煤层进行卸压并增加其透气性。以8419回风底抽巷为例,对增透钻孔的布置方式、位置、数量及角度等参数进行设置,结合钻孔参数确定具体操作流;同时为评估增透效果及确保工作安全开展,提出了增透效果现场考察方案与施工安全防护措施,为煤层增透提供技术示范。
Aiming at the difficult problem of tile mining in high gas and low permeability coal seams,a combination of water jet directional notching and frequency conversion pulse hydraulic fracturing and permeability enhancement technology were proposed to relieve the pressure and increase the permeability of coal seams.Taking 8419 air return bottom extraction roadway as an example,the layout,location,number and angle of the antireflection boreholes are set,and the specific operation flow was determined based on the borehole parameters.At the same time,in order to evaluate the antireflection effect and ensure the safety of the work,the site investigation scheme of the antireflection effect and the construction safety protection measures were proposed to provide a technical demonstration for the coal seam antireflection.
