摘要
双电机共轴驱动是针对传船舶电力驱动的一种有效途径,为解决快速跟踪性和容错性问题,根据双Y移30°六相异步电机的结构,建立两相旋转坐标系下的电机数学模型,并利用Matlab/Simulink完成共轴双电机S函数建模。在单电机矢量控制基础上,研究六相双电机共轴驱动系统主从控制策略并进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:主从控制式六相双机共轴驱动系统在正常工作情况下,跟踪性能良好,具有较好的抗负载扰动能力;在故障情况下,能合理改变两电机输出比例,确保故障电机不过载。
Dual motor coaxial drive is an effective way for electric propulsion of ship. In order to solve the problems of fast tracking and fault tolerance, according to the structure of double y-shift 30 ° six phase asynchronous motor, the mathematical model of motor in two-phase rotating coordinate system is established, and the S-function modeling of coaxial double motor is completed by using Matlab/Simulink, Based on the single motor vector control, the master-slave control strategy of six-phase dual-motor coaxial drive system is studied and simulated. The simulation results show that the master-slave controlled six phase dual machine coaxial drive system has good tracking performance and good anti load disturbance ability under normal working conditions, In case of fault, the output ratio of the two motors can be reasonably changed to ensure that the fault motor is not overloaded.
