摘要
绿色建筑是实现建筑节能低碳的重要手段,除我国自行推出的《绿色建筑评价标准》(GB/T50378)外,国内还引入了美国LEED评价标准,并且已得到广泛应用。文章在对LEED标准中节能低碳的相关条文进行整理归纳后,以杭州国际中心项目为例,分析其在相关技术方面的应用,总结LEED项目在国内落实节能低碳要求的相关经验。
Green building is an important means of realizing energy-saving and low-carbon.In addition to the"Green Building Evaluation Standard"(GB/T50378)launched by our country,the US LEED evaluation standard has also been introduced into China,which has been widely applied.After sorting out and summarizing the relevant provisions of energy-saving and low-carbon in the LEED standard,this paper takes the Hangzhou International Center project as an example,analyzes its application in related technologies and summarizes the relevant experience of LEED projects in implementing energy-saving and low-carbon in China.
