环氧树脂基碳纤维复合材料的性能研究 被引量:4

Research on Properties of Epoxy Resin/Carbon Fiber Composite Based on Epoxy Resin

摘要 选用2种阻燃型环氧树脂体系(SCR1251A/B和HC3314A/B),制备了2种碳纤维复合材料板材(分别记为C-S,C-H),对比了两者的性能。结果表明:C-S和C-H的纤维体积分数分别为45.4%,42.4%,两者密度几乎相同,说明SCR1251A/B树脂在碳纤维中的流动性好于HC3314A/B树脂;C-S和C-H在0°方向上的拉伸强度和拉伸模量均相差较小,C-S的泊松比约为C-H的2倍;与C-H相比,C-S的压缩强度提高了100.9%,压缩模量提高了57.4%,弯曲强度提高了73.1%,弯曲模量提高了19.7%,面内剪切强度提高了55.3%,面内剪切模量提高了111.1%,层间剪切强度提高了51.5%。 Two kinds of flame retardant epoxy resin system(SCR1251A/B and HC3314A/B)were used to prepare two kinds of carbon fiber composite plates(respectively recorded as C-S and C-H),and the properties between the two were compared.The results show that the fiber volume fraction of C-S and C-H are 45.4%and 42.4%respectively,and their densities are almost the same,indicating that the fluidity of SCR1251A/B resin in carbon fiber is better than that of HC3314A/B resin.The difference in tensile strength and tensile modulus between C-H and C-S at 0°direction are small,and Poisson’s ratio of C-S is about twice that of C-H.Compared with C-H,the compressive strength of C-S increases by 100.9%,the compressive modulus increases by 57.4%,the bending strength increases by 73.1%,the bending modulus increases by 19.7%,the in-plane shear strength increases by 55.3%,the in-plane shear modulus increases by 111.1%and the interlaminar shear strength increases by 51.5%.
