摘要
目的探讨急性上消化道出血采用酚磺乙胺联合奥美拉唑治疗的临床效果.方法以肥城市汶阳镇卫生院收治的66例急性上消化道出血患者为对象,选取的时间段为2020年4月-2021年4月,分组方式选用随机数字表法,分成两组,各33例.对照组和观察组分别采用奥美拉唑和酚磺乙胺联合奥美拉唑治疗,比较两组疗效、住院时间、止血时间、输血量和不良反应发生率.结果观察组总有效率为96.97%,高于对照组的69.70%(P<0.05).与对照组比,观察组的住院时间和止血时间明显更短,输血量明显更少(P<0.05).与对照组不良反应发生率(39.39%)比,观察组(6.06%)明显更低(P<0.05).结论急性上消化道出血患者应用酚磺乙胺联合奥美拉唑治疗,能缩短住院时间和止血时间,减少输血量,疗效安全显著.
Objective To investigate the effect of etamsylate combined with omeprazole in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 66 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated in Wenyang town health center of Feicheng City were selected as the subjects.The selected time period was from April 2020 to April 2021.The grouping method was random number table method,and they were divided into two groups,with 33 cases in each group.The control group and the observation group were treated with omeprazole and etamsylate combined with omeprazole respectively.The curative effect,hospital stay,hemostasis time,blood transfusion volume and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%,higher than 69.70%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the hospitalization time and hemostasis time of the observation group were significantly shorter,and the amount of blood transfusion was significantly less(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(6.06%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(39.39%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of etamsylate combined with omeprazole in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding can shorten the hospitalization time and hemostasis time,reduce the amount of blood transfusion,and have a safe and significant effect.
