摘要
目的 探讨专业技术职称对药品检查员队伍建设的意义。方法 基于对贵州省省级药品检查员队伍建设现状及难点的分析,研究专业技术职称对队伍建设的激励作用。结果 截至2021年底,贵州省药品检查员队伍的建设成果仍不能满足药品监管的技术需求,专业技术人才缺乏、激励机制不足等均是制约队伍建设的重要因素。贵州省尚未构建符合药品检查员能力评价的专业技术职称评审机制,且未建立其配套薪酬保障机制,不利于充分调动检查员工作的积极性和队伍建设的稳定性。结论 在药品检查员队伍建设过程中应着力解决好检查员专业技术职称评审机制建立的问题,切实提升药品监管技术支撑力量。
Objective To investigate the significance of professional titles in the construction of drug inspectors.Methods Based on the analysis of the current situation and difficulties in the construction of the provincial drug inspectors in Guizhou Province,the incentive effect of professional titles on team construction was studied.Results By the end of 2021,the achievements of the construction of drug inspectors in Guizhou Province still could not meet the technical requirements of drug supervision.Lack of professional and technical personnel and insufficient incentive mechanism were important factors restricting the team construction.In Guizhou Province,the evaluation mechanism of professional and technical titles in line with the ability evaluation of drug inspectors has not been established,and its supporting salary guarantee mechanism has not been established,which is not conducive to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of inspectors and the stability of team construction.Conclusion In the process of the team construction of drug inspectors,efforts should be made to solve the problem of establishing the evaluation mechanism for the professional title of inspectors and effectively improve the technical support for drug supervision.
