舱外服用补水单向阀设计与验证

摘要 设计了一种开启压力小于5 kPa、反向截止压差不高于30 kPa的轴流式单向阀。单向阀采用真空电子束整体焊接结构,实现了单向阀小型化、轻量化约束下的高可靠外密封;运动副中导向面长度与导向面直径之比控制在1.25,焊缝位置距离密封副10 mm,导向面与密封面的一体化设计,使单向阀在30 kPa反向截止压力时能够实现反向截止可靠密封;设计的锥面密封副结构使单向阀流阻控制在5 kPa以下。单向阀已完成功能性能及寿命试验验证。结果表明:轴流式单向阀结构设计合理,方案具有体积小、质量轻等优点,动作次数满足6000次的长寿命使用要求,现已实现在轨成功应用。 An axial flow check valve with opening pressure less than 5 kPa and reverse cut-off pressure difference less than 30 kPa was designed.The check valve adopts vacuum electron beam overall welding structure to realize the highly reliable external seal of the check valve under the constraints of miniaturization and lightweight;In the motion pair,the ratio of the length of the guide surface to the diameter of the guide surface is controlled at 1.25,the weld position is 10 mm away from the sealing pair,and the integrated design of the guide surface and the sealing surface enables the check valve to realize the reverse cut-off reliable sealing when the reverse cut-off pressure is 30 kPa.The designed conical seal pair structure makes the flow resistance of the one-way valve controlled below 5 kPa.Check valve has completed the function performance and life test verification.The results show that the axial flow check valve has the advantages of reasonable structure design,small volume,light weight and so on.The operation times can meet the long life.
