车用碳纤维复合材料的性能研究与低碳化应用 被引量:2

摘要 在“双碳”目标的指引下,为了更好实现汽车节能减排、助力绿色低碳发展,探索汽车轻量化技术就显得尤为关键。将两种T300级碳纤维通过注塑成型工艺制备碳纤维增强聚丙烯(CF/PP)复合材料进行力学性能测试,结合碳纤维表面性能的表征,分析CF/PP复合材料的力学性能与微观表征之间的联系。结果表明,T公司碳纤维复合材料的拉伸、弯曲性能均优于S公司,两者抗冲击性能一致,通过结合碳纤维表面性能表征与复合材料成品的力学性能测试,分析原因是T公司碳纤维表面经过特殊处理,提高了纤维与树脂的界面结合性能。探讨了在汽车工业中使用CF/PP复合材料可使汽车减重65%,降低百公里油耗约35%,能够比较好地实现节能减排的既定目标,在汽车轻量化领域的技术探索中具有重要价值。 Under the guidance of the“double carbon”goal,in order to better realize the energy saving and emission reduction of vehicles and help green and low-carbon development,it is particularly critical to explore the lightweight technology of vehicles.Carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene(CF/PP)composite was prepared by injection molding with two kinds of T300 grade carbon fiber,and the mechanical properties of CF/PP composite were tested.The relationship between the mechanical properties and the microscopic properties of CF/PP composite was analyzed by combining the characterization of the surface properties of the carbon fiber.The results showed that the tensile and bending properties of the carbon fiber composites made by T company were better than those made by S Company,and the impact resistance of the two materials was the same.By combining the surface property characterization of the carbon fiber with the mechanical property test of the composite,it was analyzed that the special treatment of the carbon fiber surface of T company improved the interface binding property of the fiber and the resin.Finally,it was discussed that the use of CF/PP composite in the automobile industry could reduce the weight of the automobile by 65%and reduce the fuel consumption of 100 km by about 35%,which could better achieve the established goals of energy saving and emission reduction,and had important value in the technological exploration in the field of automobile lightweight.
