水热法制备VO_(2)/石墨烯复合粉体及其热变色性能

摘要 以草酸氧钒溶液为钒源,钨酸钠为掺杂剂,氧化石墨烯为添加剂,水热法结合热处理工艺制备VO_(2)粉体和VO_(2)/石墨烯复合粉体。利用XRD、DSC和TEM分析技术,研究水热反应条件、掺杂量以及氧化石墨烯添加量等对粉体结构和形貌、相变温度以及热变色性能的影响。实验温度范围内,水热反应产物与反应温度无关,与水热反应时间相关,热处理时VO_(2)(D)和VO_(2)(B)的相变温度分别为300℃和550℃,掺杂降低了VO_(2)热变色温度和热滞后温差。随着氧化石墨烯添加量增大,热变色温度先降低后升高,而热滞后温差先增大后减小,当掺杂量为9 at.%并加入1 wt.%氧化石墨烯时,VO_(2)/石墨烯复合粉体的热变色温度为34.5℃,热滞后温差为7.7℃。 VO_(2)powders and VO_(2)/graphene composite powders were prepared by using hydrothermal reaction and thermal treatment with vanadyl oxalate solution as the vanadium source, sodium tungstate as the dopant and graphene oxide as the additive. With the assistance of XRD, DSC and TEM analyses, the effects of hydrothermal reaction conditions, doping amount and graphene oxide addition on structure and morphology, phase transition temperature and thermochromic properties the powders were systematically studied. Within the experimental temperature range, property of the hydrothermal reaction product is independent on the hydrothermal temperature, but is directly related to the hydrothermal time. The phase transitions of VO_(2)(D)and VO_(2)(B)to VO_(2)(M)during the thermal treatment occurred at 300 ℃ and 550 ℃, respectively. Tungsten doping resulted in reduction in thermochromic temperature and thermal hysteresis temperature difference of the VO_(2)powders. With increasing content of graphene oxide, the thermochromic temperature first decreased and then increased, while the variation trend of thermal hysteresis temperature difference is the opposite. With the doping concentration of 9 at.% and graphene oxide content of 1 wt.%, the doped VO_(2)/graphene composite powder exhibited a thermochromic temperature of 34.5 ℃ and a thermal hysteresis temperature difference of 7.7 ℃.
