摘要
神州煤业4604(1)工作面为充填试采面,若充填步距过小,影响回采推进速度,若充填步距过大,直接顶控制不到位,进而破坏地表建筑物。通过运用顶板极限跨距理论计算确定充填步距。现场充填试验表明:充填后地表最大下沉值98 mm,最大拉伸变形0.22 mm/m,最大压缩变形0.23 mm/m,最大倾斜变形0.44mm/m,均在I损坏变形范围以内,达到了预期效果。
The 4604(1)working face of Shenzhou Coal Industry is the filling trial mining face,if the filling step distance is too small,it will affect the mining advance speed;if the filling step distance is too large,the direct roof control is not in place,thus destroying the surface buildings.The filling step is determined by using the roof limit span theory.The field filling test shows that the surface maximum subsidence value is 98 mm,the maximum tensile deformation is 0.22 mm/m,the maximum compression deformation is 0.23 mm/m and the maximum inclination deformation is 0.44 mm/m.All of them are within the range of I damage and deformation,and the expected results are achieved.
