多媒体健康宣教模式联合回授法在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征围手术期患儿中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨多媒体健康宣教模式联合回授法在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)围手术期患儿的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月至12月厦门市儿童医院收治的80例OSAHS围手术期患儿及家属为对照组,选取2022年1月至7月厦门市儿童医院收治的80例OSAHS围手术期患儿及家属为观察组。对照组采用常规的健康宣教方式即手机微信317护平台进行患者宣教,观察组采用多媒体健康宣教模式联合回授法进行宣教。比较两组的疾病认知水平、护理宣教满意度、伤口出血发生率。结果观察组患儿家长的疾病知识、伤口护理、饮食护理、用药指导、病情观察、出院指导知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长的宣教满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的术后伤口出血发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多媒体健康宣教模式联合回授法有助于提高患儿及家属疾病认知水平,提高自护能力,降低术后伤口出血率的同时护理满意度也得到提升。 Objective To investigate the effect of multi-media health education combined with teach-back method in perioperative children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Eighty perioperative OSAHS children and their families admitted to Xiamen Children's Hospital from July to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and 80 perioperative OSAHS children and their families admitted to Xiamen Children's Hospital from January to July 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group adopted the conventional health education method,namely the mobile phone wechat 317 nursing patients,and the observation group adopted the multimedia health education mode combined with the teach-back method.Health knowledge score,nursing education satisfaction and postoperative bleeding incidence were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness rate of disease knowledge,wound care,diet care,medication guidance,condition observation and discharge guidance of parents of children in the observation group were higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents of children in the observation group was higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative wound bleeding in the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimedia health education model combined with teach-back method makes it easier for children and parents to obtain relevant knowledge,improve self-care ability,reduce postoperative bleeding,and improve nursing satisfaction.
