摘要
目的 分析电子支气管镜在小儿呼吸科检查及治疗中的护理配合。方法 选取本院2018年10月至2020年1月的80例接受检查的呼吸科患儿为本次研究的主要对象,总结归纳其术前、术中以及术后护理配合,术前协助患者接受各项检查,包括肝功能、血小板计数、传染病8项、肺功能、CT和血气检查等,观察患者情绪变化情况,针对年龄较大患儿,护理人员可以为其介绍检查流程,缓解其紧张感,术前6 h,帮助患者禁食禁饮,预防不良事件发生,术前详细检查患儿的留置针情况,给予患儿布地奈德雾化吸入,实施局部麻醉;术中做好配合工作,积极给予患儿鼓励,强调注意事项,观察患儿体征变化情况,一旦出现异常需第一时间处理,将术中灌洗液温度控制在37℃左右,积极处理患者术中危象;术后禁食禁饮4 h,监护患儿病情变化情况,观察患儿体温、呼吸以及脉搏变化情况等,预防并发症发生,观察其临床护理成效。结果 护理配合前后的一次性插管成功率分析:护理后,其一次性插管成功率显著高于护理前(P <0.05)。护理配合前后的并发症情况比较:护理配合后,患者的并发症发生率显著低于护理前(P <0.05)。结论 在对呼吸科患儿进行检查的过程中,落实好术前、术中以及术后的护理配合能够促进手术的顺利进行,同时还可以降低并发症发生率,效果明显。
Objective To analyze the nursing cooperation of electronic bronchoscopy in the examination and treatment of pediatric respiratory department.Selection methods in our hospital from October 2018 to January 2020 of 80 patients who underwent examination of children with respiratory into as the main object of the present study summarized the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing, preoperative to assist patients to accept the inspection, including liver function, platelet count, eight of infectious diseases, pulmonary function, CT and blood gas, etc., Observe patients mood changes, aimed at older children, nursing staff can introduce the inspection process, ease the tension, 6 hours, preoperative fasting the drink, help patients to prevent adverse events, careful preoperative examination of children with indwelling needles, give children budesonide atomization inhalation, the implementation of local anesthesia. During the operation, we should cooperate well, encourage the children actively, emphasize the precautions, observe the changes in the signs of the children, and once there is an abnormality, we should deal with it immediately, control the temperature of intraoperative lavage fluid at about 37 ℃, and actively deal with the intraoperative crisis of the patients. After the operation, the children were fasting and drinking for 4 hours. The changes of the children’s condition were monitored, and the changes of the children’s temperature, respiration and pulse were observed to prevent the occurrence of complications and observe the clinical nursing effect. Results Analysis of the success rate of one-time intubation before and after nursing cooperation: after nursing, the success rate of one-time intubation was significantly higher than that before nursing cooperation(P<0.05).Comparison of complications before and after nursing cooperation: after nursing cooperation, the incidence of complications was significantly reduced(P<0.05). Conclusion In the examination process of children in respiratory department, the implementation of preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing cooperation can promote the smooth operation, but also can reduce the incidence of complications, the effect is obvious.
