摘要
在碳达峰、碳中和时代背景下,各行业都在规划通过绿色、低碳、数字等技术发展探索高质量发展路径,通过青岛市游轮母港启动区碳排放最小为目标,对港区的绿色低碳智慧规划指标体系进行研究,进而探索适合北方沿海地区更新改造港区建设经验,为其他区域的开发提供宝贵技术路径。
