摘要
基于构筑物修复界面性能,通过掺加超细矿物优化普通硅酸盐水泥–硫铝酸盐水泥复合修补材料的力学、粘结和抗蚀性能,使其满足海洋构筑物修复要求。研究结果表明:超细矿粉和硅灰能够提高材料的粘结强度和抗侵蚀性能,最优掺量分别为10%和9%。超细矿物掺合料的高火山灰活性和颗粒效应改善了硅酸盐–硫铝酸盐水泥复合水泥的修补性能和抗侵蚀性能,并延缓了复合海工修补材料的凝结时间。
Based on the repair interfacial properties of the structure,the mechanical,bonding strength and erosion resistance properties of the composite repair material were optimized by ultrafine mineral admixture to meet the requirements of marine structure repair.The results show that the ultrafine slag and silica fume can improve the bond strength and erosion resistance of the patching materials,and the optimal dosing amounts are 10%and 9%,respectively.The high volcanic ash activity and particle effect of ultrafine mineral admixture improved the repair performance and erosion resistance of composite cement,and delayed the setting time of composite marine repair materials.
