摘要
纽约是闻名于世的国际金融中心与学术中心,历经两百多年的发展,纽约的高等教育已经高度发达,助推纽约成为国际大都市。历史悠久的纽约高等教育积淀了较为成熟的发展经验,如对接国际大都市发展需求,形成多样高等教育类型;构建多元高等教育治理体制,激发高等院校办学积极性;充分利用国际大都市优势,提升高等教育国际化发展水平;重视创新创业教育地位,建设世界科技创新之都。为建设具有世界影响力的社会主义现代化国际大都市,上海可在一定程度上借鉴纽约高等教育的发展经验,包括优化高等教育布局结构,丰富高等教育办学类型;重构高等教育治理机制,推动高等教育治理体系与治理能力现代化;加快高等教育国际化进程,建设世界重要国际化人才中心;提升高等教育创新创业水平,打造世界创新创业高地。
New York is a world-famous international financial center and academic center.After more than two hundred years of development,higher education in New York has been highly developed,boosting New York to become an international metropolis.New York has accumulated mature experience in developing higher education,such as developing diverse types of higher education to meet the development needs of international metropolis;building a diversified higher education governance system to stimulate the enthusiasm of institutions of higher learning to run schools;improving the international operation of higher education,making full use of the advantages of international metropolis;paying attention to innovation and entrepreneurship education,and building the world’s capital of scientific and technological innovation.To build a modern socialist international metropolis with global influence,Shanghai can learn from the experience of higher education in New York to a certain extent,including optimizing the distribution and structure of higher education and diversifying the types of schools;reconstructing the governance mechanism of higher education,and promoting the modernization of the governance system and governance capacities;speeding up the process of internationalization of higher education and building an international talent center in the world;upgrading the level of innovation and entrepreneurship in higher education,and building a world innovation and entrepreneurship highland.
