摘要
区划与控制性详细规划关系密切,对区划的健康影响评估研究有助于加强对控制性详细规划与公共健康关系的认识,推动我国的健康影响评估研究与实践。巴尔的摩区划健康影响评估是首个针对区划的健康影响评估,论文介绍了巴尔的摩区划健康影响评估的背景与评估方法,以饮食环境层面为例阐述了评估过程与评估结果,总结了巴尔的摩区划健康影响评估中值得借鉴的经验,并据此提出了对我国控制性详细规划健康影响评估的启示。
Zoning is closely related to regulatory detailed planning.Research on health impact assessment of zoning can help strengthen the cognition of the relationship between regulatory detailed planning and public health,and promote the research and practice of health impact assessment in China.Health impact assessment of"Transform Baltimore zoning code rewrite"is the first health impact assessment for zoning.The article introduces its background and methods in detail,illustrates its process and results by taking food environment as an example.Then,the experience worthy of reference is summarized.Based on this,theenlightenment for thehealth impact assessment of regulatory detailed planning is put forward.
