常态化防疫下的全流程核酸检测平台的构建与应用

摘要 目的探讨在常态化防疫背景下,全流程核酸检测平台的构建与应用对某三甲综合医院多来源重点人群防疫工作效率的提升与成效。方法随机选取平台上线前后的受检人员信息,分别记录受检人员的核酸采样时间和核酸结果上报时间,比较平台上线前后的核酸结果上报时间。同时随机抽取受检人员,采用自制满意度自评量表对核酸检测流程进行评价,比较平台应用前后受检人员的满意度差异。结果平台应用后,核酸结果的上报时间显著低于上线前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。系统上线前受检人员满意的为31.1%,非常满意的为19.7%;系统上线后,受检人员满意的为54.0%,非常满意的为26.8%,满意度间的差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=148.91、19.37,均P<0.001)。结论全流程核酸检测平台的应用,可显著缩短核酸结果上报时间,对医院多来源重点人群的常态化防控管理工作效率提升明显。 Objective To explore the improvement and effectiveness of the construction and application of the full-process nucleic acid detection platform for regular epidemic prevention in a grade A tertiaryhospital.Methods Information of the tested personnel were randomly selected before and after the launch of the platform.Nucleic acid sampling time and nucleic acid result reporting time were recorded respectively,and the nucleic acid result reporting time before and after the launch of the platform were compared.At the same time,tested personnel were randomly selected and the self-made satisfaction self-assessment scale was used to evaluate the nucleic acid detection process respectively.The satisfaction differences before and after the application of the platform system were compared.Results After the application of the platform,the reporting time of nucleic acid results was significantly lower than that before the launch,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Before the system went online,31.1%of the inspectors were satisfied and 19.7%were very satisfied.After launching the system,the satisfaction of the inspection personnel was 54.0%,and 26.8%were very satisfied.There were statistically significant differences(χ^(2)=148.91,19.37;both P<0.001).Conclusion The application of the full-process nucleic acid detection platform can significantly shorten the waiting time for nucleic acid detection sampling and the reporting time of nucleic acid results.The normalized prevention and control management of key groups from multiple sources in the hospital has been significantly improved.
