摘要
高校教师是“双一流”建设的核心要素,高校教师学术发展是推动“双一流”建设的强大动力。本研究通过厘清“双一流”背景下高校教师可持续性学术发展的内涵、价值取向及逻辑理路,审视当前高校教师学术发展面临的现实困境,提出建立常态化的学术支持机制、多元化的学术评价机制、学术为本的行政管理机制,以期为高水平师资队伍建设提供坚实有力的制度保障,对推动我国高校“双一流”建设具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。
University teachers are the core elements of the“Double First-Class”construction,and the academic development of university teachers is a strong driving force to promote the“Double First-Class”construction.By clarifying the connotation,value orientation and logic of the sustainable academic development of university teachers,and analyzing the realistic predicaments of the current academic sustainable development of university teachers,this research proposes a solid and powerful institutional guarantee for teachers’sustainable academic development by establishing a normalized academic support mechanism,a diversified academic evaluation mechanism and an academic based administrative management mechanism.This research has an important theoretical value and practical significance for promoting the construction of“Double First-Class”construction.
