摘要
建立气相色谱法同时测定环境空气中丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸丁酯和甲基丙烯酸丁酯6种丙烯酸酯化合物。采用活性炭吸附环境空气中的丙烯酸酯,然后用二氯甲烷解吸,选用DB-35色谱柱,采取程序升温方式,用带氢火焰离子化检测器的气相色谱仪检测。6种丙烯酸酯的质量浓度在2~80μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均为0.9999。当采样体积为20 L时,方法检出限为0.008~0.01 mg/m^(3)。样品加标回收率为82.3%~104%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.1%~9.8%(n=6)。该方法样品处理简单,抗干扰,便于推广应用。
A method for the simultaneous determination of six acrylic esters compounds in ambient air by gas chromatographic was established,including methyl acrylate,ethyl acrylate,methyl methacrylate,propyl acrylate,butyl acrylate and butyl methacrylate.The acrylic esters in the ambient air was adsorbed by activated carbon and desorbed by dichloromethane.The DB-35 chromatographic column was selected,the temperature was programmed,and the gas chromatograph with hydrogen flame ionization detector was used for detection.The mass concentration of 6 acrylic esters had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.9999.When the sampling volume was 20 L,the detection limit of the method was 0.008-0.01 mg/m^(3).The recoveries of spiked sample were 82.3%-104%,and the relative standard deviations of the determination results were 1.1%-9.8%(n=6).The method is simple in sample processing,anti-jamming and convenient for popularization and application.
