摘要
水利工程项目的环境保护的任务是针对防洪安全、水环境恶化及管理问题,通过工程措施,结合现有防洪工程现状、经济社会发展要求提出工程的建设内容,减轻洪水对沿岸城乡、基础设施的威胁和破坏,修复和改善水生态,营造良好的生活和生存发展环境,为进行河道正常管理、保障经济社会持续健康发展创造条件。文章从水利工程项目建设过程中的水环境、空气环境、声环境、固体废弃物、土壤环境及人群健康等方面提出保护对策及措施。
The task of environmental protection of water conservancy project is to propose the construction content of the project through engineering measures, combining the current situation of existing flood control projects and the requirements of economic and social development, aiming at the problems of flood control safety, water environment deterioration and management, so as to reduce the threat and damage of flood to coastal urban and rural areas and infrastructure, repair and improve the water ecology, create a good living and survival and development environment, and conduct normal river management We will create conditions to ensure sustained and sound economic and social development. This paper puts forward protection countermeasures and measures from the aspects of water environment, air environment, acoustic environment, solid waste, soil environment and human health during the construction of water conservancy projects.
