摘要
随着社会的进步和经济的发展,传统的城市配送方式已不能满足社会发展的需要。文中在综合考虑传统的城市生鲜农产品运输方式的缺陷和国外利用地铁进行城市生鲜农产品配送的先进经验上,结合SWOT分析法较系统地分析了利用地铁开展城市生鲜农产品配送的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,以及利用地铁开展城市生鲜农产品配送的可行性,得出要合理选择运输时间、研发并改造相应设备、选择适当的集散站点同时增加人员培训来发展地铁配送生鲜农产品的新模式的结论。
With the social progress and economic development, the traditional urban distribution methods can not meet the needs of social development.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the defects of the traditional transportation mode of urban fresh agricultural products and the advanced experience of foreign countries in using the subway to distribute urban fresh agricultural products, combining with SWOT analysis method, this paper systematically analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of using the subway to distribute urban fresh agricultural products, and the feasibility of using the subway to distribute urban fresh agricultural products.It is concluded that the transportation time should be reasonably selected, corresponding equipment should be developed and transformed, distribution stations should be appropriately selected, and personnel training should be increased to develop a new mode of subway distribution of fresh agricultural products.
