摘要
目的探讨去势抵抗性前列腺癌领域的研究现状和热点,为今后深入研究提供参考。方法基于Web of Science核心数据合集中2011—2021年去势抵抗性前列腺癌相关文献,利用文献计量软件VOSviewer和CiteSpace绘制图谱进行发文情况分析和关键词分析。结果(1)近10年来年发文量增长速度较快,美国、中国和日本是该研究领域的主要组成国家,核心发文作者共有838位,发文量最多的是Fizazi,K(音译:菲扎兹,卡里姆),发文量居于首位的机构是华盛顿大学。(2)关键词共现分析共得到216个频次≥20次的关键词,聚类分析得到19个类团,主要内容集中在治疗方法、治疗药物以及基因表达和耐药机制等研究。结论去势抵抗性前列腺癌研究得到了学者们的极大关注,且已形成较为稳定的合作团体,研究现状多集中于去势抵抗性前列腺癌的临床药物和免疫疗法、以及新靶点的研究和探寻。未来还需继续深入研究去势抵抗性前列腺癌的耐药机制,以期为患者实施个体化的肿瘤精准治疗。
Objective To explore the research hotspot and trend in the field of castration-resistant prostate cancer and to provide the reference for further study.Methods Based on the literature of castration-resistant prostate cancer published in the Web of Science core collection database from 2011 to 2021,and bibliometrics software VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used to draw the graphs for analyzing the situation of the articles and keywords.Results The annual volume of the articles had increased rapidly in the past 10 years.The United States,China and Japan were the main constituent countries in this research field.There were 838 core authors with the largest number of posts was Fizazi,K,the institution with the largest number of articles was from University of Washington.A total of 216 keywords with frequency≥20 were obtained by keyword co-occurrence analysis.19 clusters were obtained by cluster analysis,which mainly focus on therapeutic methods,therapeutic drugs,gene expression and mechanism of drug resistance.Conclusion It shows that the field has received great attention from scholars,and a relatively stable cooperative relationship has been formed,it is beneficial to the development of future research.The current research status mainly focuses on clinical drugs and immuotherapy,as well as the research and exploration of new targets for castration-resistant prostate cancer.Further research on the mechanism of drug resistance in castration-resistant prostate cancer is needed in the future,in order to implement individualized tumor precision treatment for patients.
