摘要
                
                    以戊二胺为二元胺,己二酸、辛二酸、癸二酸、十二碳二元酸、十四碳二元酸为二元酸制备脂肪族聚酰胺(PA56、PA58、PA510、PA512、PA514)。通过调控二元酸的碳链长度,探究了分子链重复单元长度对尼龙树脂热性能、力学性能和介电性能的影响。傅里叶红外测试和核磁氢谱测试结果表明脂肪族聚酰胺成功合成。随着分子链重复单元长度不断增加,脂肪族聚酰胺的结晶温度从199.6℃下降到149.6℃性能,拉伸强度和弯曲强度分别下降39.5%和44.9%。但初始分解温度却随着分子链重复单元长度的增加呈现出递增趋势,PA56的初始分解温度为383.5℃,PA514为420.0℃,均具有良好的耐热性。在介电常数测试中,5种聚酰胺树脂表现出优异的介电性能,干态介电常数均小于1.50。
                
                Aliphatic polyamides(PA56,PA58,PA510,PA512,PA514)were prepared with pentane diamine as the binary amine and adipic acid, octanedioic acid, sebacic acid, dodecanedioic acid or tetradecanedioic acid as the binary acid.By adjusting the carbon chain length of a dicarboxylic acid, the effect of the length of the molecular chain repeat unit on the thermal, mechanical and dielectric properties of nylon resin was investigated.The results of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance(~1H NMR)indicate that the aliphatic polyamide is successfully synthesized.With the increase of repeat unit length of the molecular chain, the crystallinity temperature decreases from 199.6 to 149.6 ℃,and the tensile strength and bending strength decrease by 39.5%and 44.9%,respectively.However, the initial decomposition temperature increases with the length of the repeating unit of the molecular chain.The initial decomposition temperature of PA56 is 383.5 ℃,and that of PA514 is 420.0 ℃,both of which has good heat resistance.In the dielectric constant test, the five polyamide resins show excellent dielectric properties, and the dry dielectric constants are less than 1.50.
